What does the poem suggest to you about dealing with difficult circumstances? compose a paragraph response based on the poem. There is difficult circumstances going arownd every were and there are different ways to deal with it. One of the biggest plaeces that circumstances occurs is school. there are people dealing with it on a daily base. Mostly on how you look or act at school. But most kids rehabilitate when they get older.

Make the best of your life while your hear on this earth you only have one chance. While Andy was in prison he kept his spirits high considering the circumstance he was placed in. Andy used his skills in life, like making sculptures out of rock and helping the grads and the warden with there taxes. This got him through the darkness of his imprisonment. There is always light at the end of the tunnel.

People in there lives often come across times where they need to deal with difficult circumstances. These difficult circumstances can be anything from a hard choice that needs to be made or one of the most common and some times the most difficult is the death of a loved one. People often need to learn to face these difficult circumstances and prepare for things like a death that can change us and how we feel. “You can’t beat death but you can beat death in life, sometimes” This quote shows that we cant always beat death but buy living and keeping our identity we can move forward and continue to be our selves. This relates to Shawshank and how Andy refuses to let them steal his identity. Andy dose this buy doing things that he did out side of prison like the rock collection and taking the librarian job. Buy doing these things any is able to keep himself, keep his identity from dieing.
People in modern day society have to go through allot of stress and people can become negative and completely let them selves down and drag them selves down rather then keep a good view on their lives. Because for all we know we only have one chance to live it good then its all gone. When Andy was in prison before he escaped he kept patient and never broke and knew that some day it could pay off. He kept his identity and kept his wits about him and never let any one take away who he is. This why you should never see any thing as a dark ending. you should always keep a good outlook on life even in the darkest of times.

The laughing heart
The poem “the laughing heart” suggest that when you are dealing with difficult circumstances it can be hard but it gets better. “There are ways out. There is light somewhere. It may not be much light but it beats the darkness”. The author is saying that when every thing seems bad it will get better there will be light at the end of the tunnel, keep on it and it will get better
